Each email fills in the coach’s name and school automatically, so one well-written email reads as if you wrote it to that coach alone.

When a coach writes back, the reply lands in their Gmail, they answer the coach directly, and you get an email notice (you can turn these off). The app marks it Replied.
A reply stops that coach’s follow-ups, and the follow-ups to other coaches at the same school, so nobody gets an awkward reminder after a conversation has started. If a coach says “not interested,” they never hear from your player again.
Messages shows each coach thread with your emails and their replies side by side, with new replies marked. The Overview shows what’s been sent, what’s scheduled and who’s replied.

Your player’s information is never sold or listed. A parent or guardian is part of every account for players under 18.

Limits count new programs you start outreach to, not emails. Follow-ups to programs you’ve already contacted don’t count.
Prices are per player, plus applicable sales tax, added at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time online from the Subscription page in the Service, or by emailing support@diamondsportsconnect.com. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal. Your paid features continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and then stop. All fees are non-refundable, except: if you cancel within 14 days after your first annual payment for an athlete, and no outreach email has been sent for that athlete, we will refund that payment in full.
