How to get on Baylor’s radar
- Email the head coach and the recruiting coordinator together, from your own email, with your highlight video, measurables, grades and your upcoming tournament schedule.
- NCAA Division I rules limit when coaches can reply to you or call. They can still read your emails, watch your video and come watch you play, so writing before they can answer still counts.
- Camps on campus are one of the few times Baylor coaches see you on their own field. Go with a plan: email the staff beforehand that you'll be there.
- Division I rosters have a limit, and many players arrive by transferring. The junior college count in the roster section shows how often this program uses that path.
